Ms. Deepika

Deepika is the assistant to Dr. Shivani. She organises treatment and appointment schedules, and assists our international client managers with scheduling treatment for new clients. Deepika is the primary contact for clients regarding information about their pregnancies. She sends results of medical tests and liaises with our medical team and clients regarding updates on the health of surrogates.

Ms. Yogita Yadav

Yogita is our administrative assistant. She coordinates all medical documentation required by clients after baby is born. She assists clients with surrogate and donor profiles, and she assists Deepika with her work.

Mr. Lalit Verma

Lalit is our secretarial assistant and can be contacted in the absence of Ms. Neha Yadav. He assists Deepika in daily routine work, answering phones, emails and scanning reports to send to clients

Ms. Arpana Tyagi

Arpana is the assistant to SCI Healthcare's in-house lawyer Mr Singh. She assists clients with queries related to legal agreements and paper work, prepares legal documents for clients and ensures all paperwork necessary for clients to obtain citizenship for their baby is in order.

Ms. Shilpi Sharma

Shilpi is our client relationship manager. Shilpi is your “go to” girl while you are in Delhi. She makes client accommodation bookings, organises airport transfers, and coordinates drivers for clients for their travel to and from appointments. She is on-hand to help clients with their needs at the hospital after baby is born, including completing paperwork for baby's birth certificate.

Mr. Gourav Rathi

Gourav is SCI Healthcare’s senior accounts manager. He has been working with SCI Healthcare from its inception. Gourav coordinates invoices and payments with clients.

Mr. Amit Kumar

Amit is SCI Healthcare’s junior accounts manager. He assists Gourav with accounting and deals with day-to-day payments within and outside the office.

Mr. Prince

Prince assists Gourav and Amit in handling the accounts of SCI Healthcare and Isis Hospital.

Mr. Avdesh

Avdesh is Isis Hospital’s pantry boy. He is in the office from 10am to 10pm. He serves lunch, tea, coffee and water to staff.

Mr. Rohit

Rohit is the housekeeper of Isis Hospital. He is responsible for cleaning the floor, rooms and dusting each and every cabin and workstations of staff on a daily basis.

Mr. Vivek

Vivek is Isis Hospital’s gardener. He takes care of lawns and gardens, plants and flowers. Mr Vivek tends our outdoor areas so all staff have a pleasing environment to welcome them each day at work
