Dr. Smita Jain is a specialist with more than 23 years of experience serving in infertility and women's healthcare. She earned attainment of MBBS and MS in Banaras Hindu University and further completed the specific training in reproductive techniques across Bangalore Medical College. She is a gynaecologist at SCI IVF Centre in Noida, where she assists couples in full fertility assessment and treatment besides IVF, IUI, ICSI, and PCOD. She is recognized as a caring and hardworking physician, and she perfectly combines the elements of general reproductive care with laparoscopic procedures in high-risk pregnancies and screening for cancer of the cervix/gynecology in women.

The process in which eggs and sperm are mixed in a laboratory to help couples become pregnant. IVF/ICSI is used when natural conception is difficult.

A tiny laser can create an opening in the embryo’s outer shell to aid in its better placement inside the uterus.
A tiny procedure that is used to extract sperm directly from the testicles if it is not inside the semen.
The embryos are grown in the laboratory for up to 6 days, until they reach the blastocyst stage, to increase the chance of success.
