PRICING AND TREATMENT POLICY & UNDERTAKING BY PATIENT/ INTENDED PARENT

The Intended Parents(IP) will be evaluated and only if eligible can do surrogacy after fulfilling all requirements as per law. All the legal requirements will be the sole responsibility of Me/ Us/ The IP

It has been made clear to Me/ Us/ The IP that as per the new laws the clinic has no role in the surrogacy program apart from providing IVF treatment and medical care.

It has been made clear to Me/ Us/ The IP that commercial surrogacy is illegal and that Me/ Us/ The IP will have to get into an altruistic surrogacy agreement with their own willing altruistic surrogate mother and also have to go through the legal processes for permission for surrogacy.

The clinic will be responsible for assessment and making the medical file for Me/ Us/ The IP. Once Me/ Us/ The IP have a willing altruistic surrogate mother as per law, the same has to be approved by the the board or appropriate authorities as prescribed in the law.

The willing altruistic surrogate mother's health check up will be done by the clinic on request of Me/ Us/ The IP and file as required will be made by the clinic to complete the further legal process.

Me/ Us/ The IP or our Legal Advisor will then complete all the legal process and take the parental order and/ or necessary permissions as per law.

Once all the paper work is done then the clinic will start the process of IVF and surrogate mother will be with the clinic only for the medical process.

Me/ Us/ The IP will be responsible for the stay, travel, medical expenses, nutrition, insurance cover, etc etc directly or through their representative/ relatives as permitted by the law.

The IP will be responsible for pregnancy care with any other doctor/ hospital of their and surrogate mother's choice.

Charges for the Pregnancy Care, Antenatal treatment, Delivery, Baby Admission Charges and Post Delivery care are not part of this package and will have to paid directly to the hospital/ clinic chosen for the same.

The payments made are non refundable for what so ever reasons.

Me/ Us/ The IP confirm that we understand that in the IVF process there are no guarantees of success and in case of negative results there will be no refund.

If the surrogacy process is stopped/ cancelled / cannot continue for what ever reasons and at any stage after starting the process there will be no refunds

Rs. 10000/- charges will be reduced if the IP will get all the initial medical tests and examination of their willing altruistic surrogate mother by themselves and come directly for the IVF process after fulfilling all the legal requirements.

Registration Amount - Rs. 1,00,000/- ( In case for whatever reasons the treatment process is not done or cancelled Rs. 50000/- will be refunded. Rs 50000/- will be charged for consultation, admin expenses, tests etc)
